PlanLab Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via chat, email, and phone.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints by investigating the root cause of the problem, providing the appropriate solution, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information and records.
- Providing product information, troubleshooting guidance, and technical support to customers.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
- Keeping abreast of product and industry developments in order to provide the best service possible.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to empathize with customers.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on one's feet.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in customer service or a related field.
- Comfortable working with computers and various software applications.
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.
- Experience in a call center or in providing customer support via chat or email is a plus.
