Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager - LCA (Lighting Control & Automation)
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in the Lighting Control & Automation division.
Location: Korangi Industrial Area
Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in the Lighting Control & Automation division
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a reputable university
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Product Manager in coordinating activities between Sales, Pre-Sales, Design, and Technical teams.
- Support business growth initiatives, identify new leads, and contribute to revenue expansion while ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, architects, contractors, and customers throughout the project cycle.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, standards, and trends to contribute to product specification and solution design.
- Aid in product development through training sessions, product seminars, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate in the launch and introduction of new products.
- Participate in the evaluation and testing of compatible products and their integration with other Building Automation Systems.
- Assist in inventory management, including forecasting and cost considerations.
- Oversee project sites evaluation and lead teams for standardized installations.
- Manage Service Level Agreements and Maintenance Contracts effectively.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in product management within the Lighting Control & Automation industry.
- Solid technical expertise in Lighting Control & Automation systems and electrical engineering.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and market analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and achieve targets.
