Alpha Engineering Consultants is one of the Pakistan's premier consulting engineering firms. The firm is newly emerging and progressing successfully in the field of Engineering designing and construction engineering. The firm's permanent office is in Bahria Enclave, Islamabad in addition to the site-specific offices.
We are currently looking for suitable candidate for the position of “MARKETING OFFICER”
Responsibilities:

- Developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products, services, or the organization itself.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify target audiences and customer preferences.
- Creating and managing marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Implementing online and offline marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, advertising, events, and promotions.
- Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance and making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborating with the team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with the stakeholders, and the public.
- Planning and organizing events to enhance the organization's visibility.
- Managing the organization's social media presence and engaging with followers to maintain a positive brand image.
- Handling inquiries, complaints, and requests from the stakeholders.
- Communicating the organization's key messages and brand values consistently across all marketing and PR channels.
- Collaborating with internal team like product development, and customer service, to align marketing and PR efforts.
- Working closely with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing and PR initiatives.
- Identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market and making recommendations for improvement.
Qualification Required:
1. Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is typically required. Preference will be given to a master's degree in marketing / MBA.
2. Marketing Knowledge: Strong knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, and techniques is essential. Understanding market research, consumer behavior, branding, advertising, digital marketing, and product positioning.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for this position. Candidate shall be able to create compelling marketing content, effectively convey messages to target audiences, and communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external agencies.
4. Creativity: Candidate should be able to come up with unique ideas to promote products or services and stand out in a competitive market.
5. Digital Marketing Skills: Proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools, including knowledge of social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, content marketing.
6. Interpersonal Skills: The candidate shall be able to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and the ability to collaborate are valuable assets.
