JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and organize recruitment packs and to implement an effective recruitment plan
- Facilitate the completion of onboarding formalities for new hires, such as employment contracts, background checks, and documentation requirements.
- Manage leave and attendance management systems, ensuring accurate records are maintained, and providing necessary support to employees.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR processes and support internal and external audit processes, providing required documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree - (BBA/MBA)
- Minimum 2 to 4 year core experience in relevant field.
- Proficient in MS Office and in Administrative skills.

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
