Medication Dispensing and Patient Management:Accurately and efficiently dispense prescription medications to patients based on valid prescriptions from licensed healthcare providers.
Offer counseling to patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and precautions.
Monitor patients' drug therapies and progress to ensure optimal outcomes and safety.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop medication treatment plans for patients.

Cash Record Management:Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records of pharmaceutical sales and financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and report any discrepancies to the appropriate authorities.

Staff Alignment and Supervision:Supervise branch staff and ensure their proper training, development, and alignment with organization policies and procedures.
Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.

Medication Inventory and Supply Chain Management:Oversee medication inventory and storage to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
Monitor medication stock levels and place orders for medications and pharmaceutical supplies as needed.

Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to pharmacy operations and patient care.
Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required by regulatory bodies or management.

Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and medication needs with empathy and professionalism.

Quality Assurance:Implement quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and safety in medication dispensing and patient care.

Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively participate in initiatives to enhance pharmacy services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Pharmacist license in the relevant jurisdiction..
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and dosage requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in pharmacy software and record-keeping systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
