The Quality Checker will be responsible to listen to the audio files and make sure that they are as per the compliance script.
-Identifying the Major & Minor Errors after hearing the audio with precision and highlighting the errors to the concerned department.
-Entering the correct information and details with accuracy in the Database

-Must have amazing listening skills and should have extreme attention to detail
