What will MTR25'll do?

1- Email marketing is the act of sending a commercial message, typically to a group of people, using email. In its broadest sense, every email sent to a potential or current customer could be considered email marketing. It involves using email to send advertisements, request business, or solicit sales or donations.Search for new updated strategies according to competitors.

2- Affiliate marketing is a type of performance-based marketing in which a business rewards one or more affiliates for each visitor or customer brought by the affiliate's own marketing efforts.Search for new updated strategies for affiliate marketing and keep your pace according to your competitors.

3- Social Media The term social media marketing (SMM) refers to the use of social media and social networks to market a company's products and services. Social media marketing provides companies with a way to engage with existing customers and reach new ones while allowing them to promote their desired culture, mission, or tone.increase your engagement , awareness of your brand among your targeted audience.Focus on leads using SMM.

Responsibilities:

1- Familiar with using CRMs, Email marketing tools (e.g Active campaign, Mail chimp, etc)

2- Able to use social platforms and data scraping tools to find targeted contact details for outreach

3- Use SEO tools to do keyword research and find new promotional opportunities

4- Test different types of content to maximize revenue

5- Familiarity with Google Analytics to check traffic.

6- Compile, maintain, and purge email lists for different projects

7- Create and monitor email marketing campaigns and write newsletters for clients from different industries

8- Ensure emails design and layouts are optimized, user-friendly and mobile-friendly

9- Send graphics requests to the graphic designer and let him know about what you want in your design.

10- Must post on all SMM channels on a daily or weekly basis according to your SMM schedule given by your line manager.

11- Must have knowledge of how to increase traffic on social media accounts organically. And do complete research on email and affiliate marketing as well as conversion increases.

12- Track and analyze email campaign results according to market analysis.

13- Identify, evaluate and recruit new affiliates to increase program distribution and coordinate with marketing and other teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and support affiliate programs.

14- Grow the network of affiliates by joining new affiliate channels on a daily basis.

15- Monitor sales from affiliate channels on a daily basis and coordinate with your line manager for the growth of results.

16- Compile and submit campaign performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

17- Maintain relationships with affiliate channels and partners.

18-Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings with your line manager for the increasing of results.

19- Responsible for building the portfolio of Clients and companies like PDFs.

20- Affiliate Marketing Specialist is responsible for marketing and branding templates.

21- He/She is responsible for proposals of all conversion steps(sending quotation, email follow up, and sending proposal writing) as like other competitors

22- Responsible for technical proposal writing

23- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.

24- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients

25- Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts

26- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities

27- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics

28- Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives

29- Use domain email id’s always for marketing related work (never use gmail id) let PM know about it when you need it.

30- Implement agency account structure for social media marketing

Oversee all the company's social media accounts.

31- Work with the sales team on lead qualification, marketing-to-sales handoff processes, etc.

Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content

32- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement about each project

33- Write content for off page strategy

34- Always use one central email id for all marketing tools and share master access with the project head.

35- Use advanced metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

36- Develop and integrate the content marketing strategy of each project

37- Keep up to date with current digital trends

38- Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met

39- Possess a strong understanding of our projects, our competitors in the industry and our positioning.

40- Use your proper job title instead of your personal name like a content writer if needed anywhere personal details are not allowed to use.
