Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in crafting job descriptions and specifications.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings.
- Coordinate new employee orientation programs.
- Assist in creating and delivering onboarding materials.
- Ensure new employees complete required paperwork.
- Facilitate introductions to company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts.
- Assist in developing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process.
- Provide support in setting performance goals and expectations.
- Track and document employee performance
- Coordinate and assist in organizing training initiatives.
- Identify employee development needs.
- Recommend training programs and skill enhancement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and systems.
- Generate HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the HR function.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of HR Experience,with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Must be available for cover shift from 05pm to 02am
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

- Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
