Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in crafting job descriptions and specifications.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings.
  • Coordinate new employee orientation programs.
  • Assist in creating and delivering onboarding materials.
  • Ensure new employees complete required paperwork.
  • Facilitate introductions to company culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts.
  • Assist in developing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process.
  • Provide support in setting performance goals and expectations.
  • Track and document employee performance
  • Coordinate and assist in organizing training initiatives.
  • Identify employee development needs.
  • Recommend training programs and skill enhancement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and systems.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics for management review.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the HR function.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of HR Experience,with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Must be available for cover shift from 05pm to 02am

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
