Customer Support Executive


 

o Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and delivery.

o Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.

o Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

o Overseeing the customer service process.

o Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.

o Maintain customer records, using automated systems.

o Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules and other information pertaining to purchased products.

o Managing our different Social Media Platforms.

o Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Rs35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
