The HR Recruiter (Call Center) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the call center, ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent in a timely and cost-effective manner.

HR Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that align with the company's goals and culture
- Take on-site interviews of candidates
- Participate in calibration sessions with other Validators to ensure consistency and accuracy in evaluations
- Provide support to representatives and their supervisors in addressing customer complaints and resolving issues
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and results
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment.
- Ensure that the recruitment process is completed within the given timelines
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires
HR Recruiter Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment, with experience in call evaluation and coaching preferred
- Excellent listening and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using call center software and technology
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and quality assurance protocols
