Job Description:
Myco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motion Graphics Designer & Animator to join our creative team. As a Motion Graphics Designer & Animator, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and bringing to life captivating animated content, including logo animations and motion graphics for various projects across different mediums.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop innovative and visually appealing motion graphics and animations for a wide range of projects, including but not limited to promotional videos, social media content, website animations, and multimedia presentations.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and visual aesthetics, ensuring that the animation aligns with the overall brand and message.
- Create and animate logos, typography, illustrations, and other design elements to enhance storytelling and
- create engaging visual experiences.
- Utilize industry-leading software, primarily After Effects or similar animation and compositing software, to produce high-quality, seamless animations.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, animation techniques, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into your work to maintain cutting-edge and innovative motion graphics.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed within deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Work closely with other team members, including video editors, graphic designers, and illustrators, to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into larger projects.
- Optimize animations for various platforms and screen sizes, ensuring smooth playback and consistent visual quality across different devices.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer & Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in animated logo design and motion graphics.
Proficiency in industry-standard animation and compositing software, particularly After Effects (knowledge of other software like Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere, and Illustrator is a plus).
A deep understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and visual storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively present ideas and concepts to clients and team members.
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box, offering fresh and innovative solutions to design challenges.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
