Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Create PJPs (perfect Journey Plan) through the portal which includes a store division for the visits of merchandisers.
- Responsible for ensuring that the work carried out by merchandisers meets established quality standards. This includes conducting thorough inspections, identifying any issues or inconsistencies, and providing feedback to help them improve.
- Visit report downloading and checking product availability by Fascia.
- Checking SOS (Share of Shelf) at every Store/Shop.
- Coordinating with different teams, documenting inspection results via WhatsApp and email, and contributing to overall quality improvement efforts in merchandising.
- Attention to detail and coordination must be crucial in maintaining and enhancing the quality of the merchandise and ensuring customer satisfaction.
