Job Description

A reputed engineering company in Lahore requires the services of an Accounts Officer.

  • Maintain day-to-day cash & cheque register, bank accounts ledger
  • Day to day transactions entry in software
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation
  • Checking and analyzing of any kind of bills
  • Manage Salary and payroll
  • Manage Stock ledger and purchases
  • Prepare invoices, delivery challan,
  • General Office administration

  • Must be self-driven, goal-oriented and aimed to success
  • Carry and utilize self-organizing, multi-tasking, prioritizing, self planning skills
  • Well-versed with IT software as MS Office (ERP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Deliver the highest professional aptitude regarding office management and administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and creativity skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Rs30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
