Customer Relation Officer (Female)


 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Efficiency in performing Inbound & Outbound calls. Provide accurate and timely information to customers.

· Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

· Update customer records and document interactions in our CRM system.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software

· Preferably fluent in Urdu language communication required for Job specification

Qualification: Min. Intermediate

Experience: Minimum 1 year previous call center or customer service experience.

Daytime Shift Location: Karachi Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Transport: Own Transport / Not provided by the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
