As an Instagram Marketing Intern specializing in outbound lead generation and call booking, your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify potential leads, initiate engagement through cold direct messages (DMs), and successfully convert those interactions into booked calls. You'll be an essential part of our marketing team, contributing to our growth strategy and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences and industries for outbound lead generation on Instagram.
Send Cold DMs on Instagram to generate leads and get calls booked for business.
Craft compelling responses to continue conversations and pique the interest of potential leads.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for initiating conversations and securing booked calls.
Stay up-to-date with Instagram trends, features, and changes that could impact lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.) or recent graduate.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive messages.
Familiarity with Instagram as a marketing platform, including knowledge of direct messaging best practices.
Goal-oriented mindset with a determination to achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage lead data and communication records.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Working hours
>6 nights per week.
>8 hours per night (Full time)
>Night shift starting at 6:00 pm
