We are seeking an experienced “Senior Customer Support Representative” to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction. An ideal candidate will oversee, and manage customer interactions to provide top-notch customer support and services.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Communicate with customers via calls, emails, and live chats to address inquiries, assist, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Proactively manage customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, and feedback to ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor product order status daily, taking prompt and relevant actions to address any issues
  • Collaborate with the logistics team and other departments to streamline the processes by addressing customer needs and overall experience
  • Conduct regular audits of customer interactions to maintain service quality standards
  • Provide feedback and coaching team members to enhance their performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field
  • Experience: 3 years of proven working experience as CSR in US-based campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using customer support software and tools
  • Understanding E-commerce retail will be considered a plus point
