Training Officer


 

Job Summary

The role is required to support the operation with the delivery of training and therefore will require the individual to work flexibly, this will include weekend and evening working.

Specific Job Duties

  • Deliver the staff induction programme to all new starters
  • Deliver other mandatory training to all company staff
  • Design and deliver other specialist training modules as required
  • Complete all required training administration
  • Schedule all staff onto required mandatory training

Previous experience

  • Preferred with experience of 1+ year in training delivery

Education

  • Preferably Master’s degree in Allied Health Science or in natural sciences

Special attributes / skills required

· Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  • Learning Strategies — Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things
  • Instructing — Teaching others how to do something
  • Writing — communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
  • Thinking Creatively — Developing, designing, or creating new modules, ideas, e-courses

Personal qualities

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
