Accounts Assistant


 

Job Description

Position Only for Females.

We are looking for an ambitious Accounts Assistant to provide support to the Accounts department by managing day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices/estimates.
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, Income Tax Returns, and other financial statements.
  • Preparing daily/weekly business performance trackers on sales and stock management.
  • Manage Petty Cash.
  • Maintain Proper Filling.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 1 year of practice experience.
  • Working knowledge of Xero, and QuickBooks (Essential).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel to intermediate level).
  • Proficient in Advance Excel, Formula, Pivot Tables, and Generating Reports.
  • Excellent presentation skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
