Assistant Manager Sales Operations


 

Skyray Ventures is looking to hire an experienced Assistant Manager of Sales Operations to join our growing company!

The ideal candidate should contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, Salesand maintaining good customer relationships. The Assistant Manager of Sales Operations will be a dynamic, aggressive, and outgoing sales professional who recognizes the importance of direct selling, building and maintaining relationships, outside sales calls, effective prospecting, internet marketing strategies, community involvement, and integration with operations. Your job is to help our company grow by improving our sales process and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Generate leads and build sales pipelines through strategic account mapping.
  • Respond to complaints from clients and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Set up and manage software i.e. CRM, Calendars, automation tools, etc.
  • Manage tracking sheets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing.
  • Experience with analytics and online advertising, and proven success in the creation of marketing campaigns.
  • Have know-how of Close CRM, Pay Funnels, Pandadoc, Zapier, Calendly, Biscuit Brower [For using different FB accounts on a single browser, it is just a browser], Go Login, Elite360 [for funnels], and Pay funnels is for payments and invoices
  • Well-versed and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
  • Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office).
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new sales with customers.

Timings: 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., 8 Hrs/day (Evening Shift)

Monday-Saturday, 6 days/week
