Brand Mananger


 

We are looking for a talented and passionate Brand Manager with specialized expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO) and Quality Assurance (QA) to lead our gaming department. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands the unique challenges of the gaming industry, is well-versed in ASO best practices, and has a keen eye for ensuring top-notch quality in gaming products. As the Brand Manager for our gaming division, you will play a key role in shaping and promoting our gaming brand while optimizing app visibility and ensuring an exceptional gaming experience for our users.

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Positioning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy for the gaming department.
  • Align branding initiatives with the unique characteristics of the gaming industry.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all gaming products and platforms.

ASO Expertise:

  • Lead ASO efforts to optimize app visibility and discoverability on various platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to improve app rankings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align ASO strategies with overall marketing campaigns.

Quality Assurance (QA) Management:

  • Oversee the QA process for gaming products to ensure high-quality user experiences.
  • Develop and implement QA standards and procedures for gaming development.
  • Collaborate with development teams to address and resolve quality issues.

Creative Direction:

  • Provide creative direction for gaming branding and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and on-brand assets.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for gaming products, integrating ASO strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.

Market Analysis and Trends:

  • Stay updated on gaming industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Utilize insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 4 years of experience in brand management, with a focus on gaming.
  • Proven expertise in ASO strategies and implementation for gaming apps.
  • Strong understanding of QA processes and best practices in the gaming industry.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for gaming and staying current on gaming trends.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Office Timings: 10:00AM to 7:00PM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs100,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
