We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team at Enablers. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
- Analyze market data, track sales goals, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated with industry developments and competitors' activities.
- Followups with the clients.
- Physical visit to meet the clients.
- Assist in the negotiation and closing of business deals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
