HR Administration Manager/Executive


 

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administration Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources administration, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and supporting the overall HR function. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR processes.

Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR administrative functions, including but not limited to employee records management, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Develop and implement efficient and standardized HR processes to streamline operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

2. Employee Records and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.

3. Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks if available.

4. Payroll Coordination:

  • Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.

5. Talent Acquisition and Hiring:

  • Collaborate with other departments to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Participate in the selection and onboarding of new employees & internees.

6. HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and ensure company policies are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

7. Conflict Resolution and Employee Relations:

  • Address employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive work environment and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

8. Training and Development:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
  • Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with employee’s managers to develop employee career path based on responsibilities and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office.

Salary: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
