Job description

  • Recruitment and Selection: Assisting with job postings and advertisements.

Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.
Coordinating interviews and participating in the interview process.
Conducting reference checks and background screenings.

  • Onboarding and Orientation: Assisting in the preparation and delivery of new hire orientation programs.

Preparing new hire paperwork and ensuring completion.
Assisting with the setup of employee profiles in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
Facilitating the introduction of new employees to the workplace.

  • Employee Relations: Assisting in maintaining employee records and files.

Assisting with employee engagement initiatives.
Assisting with the coordination of employee events and activities.
Helping address basic employee inquiries and concerns.

  • HR Administration: Assisting with HR-related data entry and data management.

Maintaining HR documents, such as policies, procedures, and forms.
Assisting with HR reporting and analytics.
Helping with general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and organizing.

  • Training and Development: Assisting in the coordination and logistics of training programs.

Maintaining training records and tracking attendance.
Assisting in the development of training materials.

  • Compliance and Policies: Assisting with HR compliance tasks, such as I-9 verification and employment eligibility.

Assisting in the dissemination and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Helping ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Throughout your internship, you can expect to work closely with HR professionals, learn about HR processes and systems, gain exposure to various aspects of employee management, and develop skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving. It's important to note that specific tasks may vary depending on the organization and the needs of the HR department you're interning with.

Timings: 3pm- 7pm or 7pm- 11 pm

Qualification: A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
