Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees, supervises, and evaluates the operations of the Accounting Department
  • Establish accounting systems and enforce policies and procedures.
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to accounts.
  • Assign Daily base tasking between accounting staff members.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our Accounts according to client needs and objectives.
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and Taxes.
  • Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.

What We Are Looking For

  • Min 6+ years of professional working experience including at least two years of experience in a managerial role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Qualification: M. Com or MBA finance
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, financial analysis & Taxation techniques.
  • Strong experience in month-end close, financial, and regulatory reporting
  • Experience in working with high volumes of transactional data in financial analytics and financial reporting processes including.
  • Strong punctuality and time management skills
  • Excellent documentation and spreadsheet skills
  • Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced Excel skills.
