We are looking for an experienced admin officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, assisting with daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1) Manage office supplies and inventory, coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments and manage direct phone calls and emails
2) Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports monitor office operations and expenses, create expense reports, maintain electronic and paper records and manage filing systems
3) Report the HOD and keep the communication loop clear, organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
4) Manage the office premises and facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and inventory management for different items, coordinate with vendors and process procurement requirements of office supplies, equipment, and services.
5) Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings. Coordinate with different teams for timely redressal of their problems in terms of support from the Admin team. Keep an updated record of all company assets and ensure their safe and proper usage.
6) Develop and maintain a good rapport with vendors and suppliers, assist in the recruitment process by arranging candidate interviews and managing resumes assist in other administrative duties as assigned by management
Requirement:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal ability
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- DUTY TIMINGS ARE 01:00PM TO 10:00PM.
