We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our confectionary production team. As a Quality Control Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all confectionary products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise and keen eye for detail will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the reputation of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished confectionary products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures, guidelines, and specifications throughout all stages of confectionary production.
- Perform routine testing and analysis of confectionary products, including sensory evaluation, taste tests, texture analysis, and physical measurements.
- Monitor and document critical control points (CCPs) to prevent potential product defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Identify and investigate any deviations or non-conformities in product quality, and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, test results, and any product-related incidents or complaints.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to provide guidance and support in addressing quality-related concerns and implementing process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, quality control standards, and emerging trends in the confectionary industry, and ensure that the company remains compliant with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits or inspections conducted by regulatory authorities or third-party auditors.
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures, best practices, and quality awareness, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
