Admin and Finance Executive


 

Summary:
We are looking for a Admin & Accounts Executive for our office in DHA, Phase 4 Lahore.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop finance & accounting SOPs

  • Processing financial documents, performing accounting work and completing basic administrative tasks.
  • Processing payments, prepare invoices, follow up with clients regarding pending invoices, income and receipts and entering information in database.
  • Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure.
  • Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances.
  • Verifying the accuracy of business accounts.
  • Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets.
  • Preparing employee payroll.
  • Managing employee expense claims.
  • Keep all accounting records up-to-date.

Experience:

  • Accountant: 1-2 years (Preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 1-2 years (Preferred)
  • 1-2 years of office management experience
  • 1-3 years of Quick books and MS Office experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accountant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Office Management: 1 year (Preferred)
