- Daily coordination with dealers for order intake, inventory planning & warehouse management and timely processing/ dispatching of parts
- Strong coordination/ follow-up with finance for payment posting/ pricing matters on daily/ weekly basis.
- Periodic market research with respect to competition (other automobile brands) and propose pricing strategy.
- Regular dealer visits/ audits to standardize spare parts operations in terms of inventory planning and warehouse management.
- Continuous monitoring of dealer credit limit allocation versus consumption and take management approval.
