As part of our expansion, we are looking for a reliable, full-time, and remote Business Development Manager who will wear multiple hats and handle our Business Development team. You will be part of an organization that values you in all aspects and will make you part of a family that is evolving quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Sales and stuff like deal registration, reports, customer support, True-up support, yearly compliance, and Licensing solutions
- Identifying, qualifying, and acquiring business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; producing customized, targeted sales tactics.
- Producing leads, advancing the sales method, closing new business, and supporting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas
- Conduct research to identify leads, reach business targets through different platforms, and actively prepare and fulfill company marketing activities.
- Provide and manage Revenue reports weekly.
- Able to present the product and solution to the customer
- Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand
- In-depth analysis of customer's and to recommend the appropriate products and solutions to them
- Periodic reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually) to higher management for in-depth analysis of the company's business and team performance.
- Monitor and evaluate BDA team, mentoring and conducting capacity building training
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 5+ of Proven working experience as a business development manager
- Excellent English skills
- Great market knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to handle complicated projects and multi-task.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to grow with minimum supervision, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Skilled in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with working remotely.
