Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's social media accounts and create engaging content
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas to promote our brand
- Monitor and interact with followers on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Analyze analytics and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns
- Develop a deep understanding of our company's brand, target audience, and overall goals
- Engage with customers and provide exceptional service and sales support
- Provide valuable suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
- Learn and become proficient in internal software systems
- Assist in creating performance reports to track social media activities and outcomes
