Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential international customers in the auto trade industry
Present and explain our products and services, highlighting their benefits and value
Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our database
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles preferred
Knowledge or interest in the auto trade industry is advantageous
