Job Opportunity: Senior Sales Engineer - Lighting Control & Automation (LCA)
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Engineer in the Lighting Control & Automation division.
Location: Korangi Industrial Area
Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in the Lighting Control & Automation division
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field from a reputable university
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively collaborate with the Product Manager and Assistant Manager to develop and execute sales strategies for the Lighting Control & Automation division.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, including consultants, architects, contractors, and customers.
- Identify potential leads and opportunities, and work towards expanding the customer base while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise to clients, addressing their needs and offering appropriate solutions using our LCA products.
- Conduct product presentations, seminars, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that the proposed solutions align with the latest technologies and standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance to the management team.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales within the Lighting Control & Automation industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of Lighting Control & Automation systems and electrical engineering.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Result-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer requirements, and industry trends.
