Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, along with expertise in API integrations, and Power BI. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights and drive data-based decision-making. You will collaborate with clients, and management to understand business requirements, develop data models, and deliver comprehensive reports and visualizations. Additionally, you will be involved in data pipeline management, data cleansing, and data quality assurance processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data collection methodologies and data analysis strategies.
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
- Collaborate with clients to identify business requirements and translate them into data analysis projects.
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Design and implement data visualization techniques to communicate findings to the clients effectively.
- Conduct ad hoc data analysis and research projects as required.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the field of data analysis and business intelligence.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients.
- Experience with API integrations and data extraction from various sources.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Proficiency in Power BI is highly required.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary Range:
The market competitive salary for a Senior Data Analyst with the mentioned skills and experience in Pakistan can vary depending on factors such as location, industry, company size, and candidate's expertise. The average salary range for a Senior Data Analyst in Pakistan is approximately PKR 120,000 to PKR 200,000 per month.
