We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Upwork Bidder - Proposal Writer. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals on behalf of our company to secure projects on the Upwork platform. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects.

• - Write persuasive and tailored proposals to effectively showcase our company's expertise and services.
• - Engage with potential clients, understand their project requirements, and address their questions and concerns.
• - Research and analyze job postings to create customized and winning proposals that highlight our strengths.
• - Collaborate with our team to gather information and insights necessary for proposal creation.
• - Maintain a professional and proactive approach to client interactions, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• - Track and manage multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.
• - Continuously improve proposal writing techniques and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• - Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or similar role, with a successful track record of winning projects.
• - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• - Strong client handling experience, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
• - Basic knowledge about technology and the ability to handle client questions and queries related to our services.
• - Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage proposal deadlines and priorities.
• - Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality proposals that meet client expectations.

Compensation:

As an Upwork Bidder, you will receive a competitive commission of 5% along with monthly stipend for each successfully awarded project. This commission will be based on the total project value. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on exceptional performance and successful long-term client relationships.

Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: Up to Rs8,000.00 per month
