Job Roles/Responsibilities:

The Upwork Bidder will be primarily responsible for identifying, bidding, and securing job opportunities related to Paid Ads and Marketing on the Upwork platform. This individual will act as the bridge between the company and potential clients, setting the tone for our customer service while maintaining professional relationships with prospective clients.

  • Job Identification and Bidding: Actively search for job postings related to Paid Ads and Marketing on the Upwork platform. Prepare and submit competitive bids for these jobs, tailored to each client's needs and our company's strengths.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Communicate effectively and professionally with prospective clients. Develop strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and referral opportunities.
  • Bid Management: Monitor bids and manage the bid process to ensure that all opportunities are pursued efficiently.
  • Market Research: Continuously research and remain updated about industry trends and competition in order to make informed decisions about bidding strategies.
  • Proposal Writing: Write clear, compelling, and tailored proposals to increase the chances of winning bids. Highlight our team's capabilities, past work, and strategy for meeting the client's needs.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback and reports to the management team regarding bid success rates, client feedback, market trends, and competition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the company's project management and marketing team to understand the scope and feasibility of potential jobs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms with clients and coordinate with the contract team to ensure that all agreements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Project Handover: Upon winning a bid, conduct a smooth handover to the project team, ensuring they fully understand the project requirements and client expectations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the Paid Ads and Marketing industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of project management and coordination is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Google ads: 3 years (Required)

Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (Required)
