CabCall Experts is a call center providing professional call center services to clients and their customers in various parts of the United Kingdom. Established over 8 years ago, the Call Centre continues to evolve and attract new clients. Due to recent expansion in our client base, we are looking for new staff to join our team!

About the role

This is a fast-paced position with high volume call levels. You will possess the ability to use a computer, problem solve, multitask, provide excellent levels of customer service and achieve Key Performance Indicators.

As a 24/7 call center, we are looking for people who can be available to cover all shifts with opportunities for the right person to move into higher roles.

What are we looking for:

You must possess a friendly and professional phone manner, have basic computer skills with the ability to use email, learn an industry-specific database, and multitask.

  • At least 1 -2 years of experience in a customer-facing job.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritizing skills.
  • Quick innovative learners with an ability to adapt and add value.

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Record and modify customer information within the database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month (Depending upon the numbers of hours you give to the company)
