Job Description:

Working with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital and video assets.

Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.

Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.

Experience in ATL & BTL activities.

Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.

Overseeing marketing campaigns and tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.

Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.

Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.

Relevant experience in Shopping Mall industry is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:

  • Lahore (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Lahore: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
