We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Business Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving business growth, developing new market strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. The Real Estate Business Executive will be responsible for leading and managing the company's real estate business, including sales, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategies to grow the real estate business and increase revenue

·Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and increase market share

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues

· Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

· Manage the operations of the real estate business, including property management, leasing, and sales

· Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

· Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the company's real estate business

Requirements:

· Proven track record of achieving business growth in the real estate industry

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a teams

· Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
