Front Desk Receptionist


 
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and courteous demeanour.
  • Ensure a positive first impression by maintaining a neat and organized front desk area.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the intended recipients.
  • Assist visitors with inquiries, providing information about the organization and its services.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or locations within the facility.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to the intended recipients.
  • Arrange outgoing mail and courier services, ensuring proper packaging and labelling.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, and document filing, as needed.
  • Monitor the facility, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
  • Address and resolve visitor and employee complaints and concerns, or escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Manage and replenish front desk supplies, such as stationery etc.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Manage housekeeping staff, and ensure every office room is clean.
  • Managing in-house events e.g. birthdays, anniversaries etc.
  • Any other tasks can be assigned, and when necessary,

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
