We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent for a software house and Call center/BPO environment. The Technical Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in various HR-related tasks. Proficiency in both English and Urdu, along with strong communication skills, is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Posting and Multichannel Sourcing:
- Post job openings on various platforms and job boards to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry-specific websites, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Technical Talent Acquisition:
- Identify, screen, and interview potential candidates for technical positions, ensuring alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand specific skill set requirements and preferences.
- Language Proficiency:
- Communicate effectively in both English and Urdu, both written and verbal, ensuring professional and clear correspondence with candidates and colleagues.
- HR Support:
- Assist the HR Manager in various HR-related tasks, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
- Punctuality and Trustworthiness:
- Maintain a high level of punctuality and reliability in all job-related activities.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter in a software house or IT-related industry.
- Strong proficiency in English and Urdu, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to source and recruit technical talent using various channels.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and colleagues.

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
