We are in search of result-oriented Marketing Executives to join our esteemed team at SMH Group dealing in the Pr & Events industry . This position demands fresh graduates or slightly experienced individuals . who can leverage their knowledge and expertise in sponsorship acquisition to elevate our events to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors, tailoring compelling pitches to meet their unique needs and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise innovative sponsorship packages, ensuring sponsors receive maximum exposure and value.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, utilizing this knowledge to maintain our leading position in the sponsorship market.
- Oversee all sponsorship-related activities, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional experiences for sponsors before, during, and after events.
- Track, analyze, and report sponsorship metrics, effectively demonstrating the impact and value of partnerships to sponsors.
- Skilfully negotiate sponsorship agreements, securing mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
-Manage CRM software .
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities, expanding our sponsorship network and fostering key relationships.
- Develop new projects and procure business for the company .
Qualifications / Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field fresh Graduate
- Entry level experience in the Pr & Events industry.
- Freshers are eligible to apply
- Proven track record of successfully securing sponsorships for events, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality sector.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a nuanced understanding of market trends and sponsor expectations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities with precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Well spoken in speaking English
