Job Description:
As a Technical Recruiter at LEADconcept, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our software facility. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of the recruitment process, ensuring that we bring in skilled professionals who align with our organizational goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
1- Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
2- Source, screen, and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
3- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4- Implement innovative approaches to enhance the recruitment process and improve efficiency.
5- Candidate Management:
6- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to analyze the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
7- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
8- Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
9- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific needs and ensure a streamlined recruitment process.
10- Collaborate with HR and other relevant teams to onboard new hires effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role within the Software house
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
