We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Confirmation Calls Executive and WhatsApp Chat representative. In this role, you will be responsible for confirming orders, providing information, and engaging with customers via phone calls and WhatsApp chat. Your exceptional communication skills and customer-centric approach will ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Make confirmation calls to customers to verify orders, or reservations.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product details, pricing, availability, and delivery.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues they may have, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and provide excellent customer service.
  • Record and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Utilize WhatsApp chat to engage with customers, respond to queries, and provide support.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient customer support and problem resolution.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers when appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or higher.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language.
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp and other communication tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and messages while maintaining accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Good typing skills along with proficiency in using computers.
