Overview:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Content Writer/Researcher to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and informative content for our digital platforms. This position requires a passion for current events, history, exceptional research skills, and the ability to craft compelling written scripts for various digital mediums.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth research on a wide range of topics to gather accurate and up-to-date information.

- Stay aware of current events. Historical facts, industry trends, and emerging topics to ensure content relevance.

2. Content Creation:

- Develop well-researched and compelling written scripts for digital content.

- Adapt writing style to suit different digital mediums, including video scripts, articles, and social media posts.

- Ensure content is clear, concise, and aligns with the tone and voice of the digital platform.

3. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and develop content strategies.

- Work closely with communications manager video producer, graphic designer, and other team members to enhance the overall quality of digital content.

4. Editing and Proofreading:

- Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to editorial standards.

- Ensure that all content is free from grammatical errors and follows the established style guide.

5. Adaptability:

- Stay flexible and adapt to evolving content requirements and priorities.

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

6. Social Media Engagement:

- Monitor and respond to audience feedback and trends on various digital platforms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in a digital environment.

- Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into easily understandable content.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Urdu and English Languages.

- Familiarity with digital media trends and social media platforms.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced news environment.
