Job Description: Product Manufacturing Specialist – Skincare/Hair care
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manufacturing Specialist to join our team focused on skincare or hair care product development. The ideal candidate will oversee the formulation and manufacturing processes, ensuring the creation of high-quality products that meet industry standards.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the formulation and development of skincare or hair care products, from concept to final product, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market demands.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and production to create and refine product formulations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
· Conduct research on raw materials, analyze their properties, and select appropriate ingredients for effective skincare or haircare solutions.
· Manage and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in product development and production.
· Perform tests, trials, and quality control assessments to guarantee product stability, efficacy, and safety.
· Monitor and maintain production schedules, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to meet deadlines and production targets.
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and scientific advancements in skincare or hair care, applying new knowledge to product development strategies.
Requirements:
· Bachelors or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
· Proven experience (1.5 Year) in product formulation and manufacturing within the skincare or hair care industry.
· In-depth knowledge of raw materials, cosmetic science, and formulation techniques.
· Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for skincare or hair care products.
· Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams.
· Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and safety in product development.
Experience: 1.5 Year
Salary Package: 50,000 to 60,000/Rs.
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Lahore
Time: 9am to 6pm
