"Asst. Manager HR" to join our team. You will be responsible for managing all human resources functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy creation.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
-Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
-Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
-Administer compensation and benefits programs, including the company allowance bonus, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
-Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and implement changes to enhance the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in HRM Business, Administration, or a related field.
-Proven working experience in Human Resources and office Administration 03 – 04 years (Call Centre)
-Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
-In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
