Job Overview:

An Outbound Sales Specialist plays an important in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. She/he is comfortable receiving a healthy number of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, closing sales, and ensuring monthly sales conversion benchmark.

Job Description:

  • Make outbound B2B and/or B2C calls to promote and sell the product/service.
  • Consolidate existing customer base while building a new customer base
  • Ensure customer follow-up all the time
  • Handle customer needs and requirements
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve
  • Sales oriented job for Health Insurance
