Customer Support Specialist


 

Job Responsibilities

•Work closely with Project Management and Sales to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for project or process enhancements and development as needed

•Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the engagement of clients

•Make sure the department meets the needs of clients

•Ensuring positive working relationships with all customers

•Manage client's delivery, received, receivables, and cancellations reports

•Manage all client's invoices and billings

•Ability to handle or direct client conflicts, issues, and refund requests

Requirements:

•1 to 3 years’ experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management in IT/Software sales

•Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science would be preferred)

•Confident communication (written and oral)

•Strong analytical skills

•Working knowledge and experience with contracts and contract negotiations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
