As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently inputting and organizing various types of data. This role requires a minimum of intermediate education, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into the company's database systems.
- Compile raw data from various sources on the web and format it into a more readable and organized form.
- Utilize MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create reports and presentations.
- Ensure data integrity and completeness by performing regular data quality checks.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve departmental goals.
- Update and maintain records, files, and documents as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum education of intermediate or equivalent.
- Excellent typing speed of 35 to 45 words per minute.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary Range: 25,000 to 30,000 PKR (based on experience and qualifications)
