Job Description:
- Respond to email, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
- Ensure the correct data entry of order and payment in the SAP.
- Issue monthly collection /target data sheet and arrange sales data for management meetings.
- Responding to customer’s inquires and follow ups on dispatches.
- Responsible for managing export documentation.
Requirement:
- fresh graduates or up to 1 year relevant experience.
- effective interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good command on MS Office (word-excel-PPT).
